My name is Ella Morris and I will be the Hurricane's Head Coach and the 7-8 girls coach this summer! I’ve been a Homestead swimmer for 14 years now and it will be my third year coaching. I can’t imagine spending my summer anywhere else besides the homestead pool. I swam all throughout middle school and high school, and I am currently on the MU Swim Club. My favorite race is the 100 backstroke. I am 19 years old, and I have just completed my sophomore year at the University of Missouri where I am studying business. I can’t wait for another great season and to win finals! Get ready homestead because this season is going to be amazing!
Hey Hurricanes! My name is Brady Zerr and I will be the Assistant Head Coach and coaching the 9-10 boys! I have been swimming for the Hurricanes since I was 6 years old and I am so excited to continue the tradition with all of you. In high school I swam on Aces Swim Club and for the Cherry Creek Boys swim team for all four years. I am currently at Gonzaga University (Go Zags) in Spokane Washington studying Marketing and International Business. My favorite parts about the team are watching the kids drop times and cheering on my fellow Hurricanes. I cannot wait to meet everybody this summer and get the season kicked off.
I hope you are all ready for the best summer ever and GO HURRICANES!
My name is Alex Sironen and I am so excited to be one of your coaches this summer. This is my third year as an RMSL coach, and my second year coaching for Homestead. I am nineteen years old, and next year I will starting my sophomore year at Xavier University where I am currently majoring in exercise science.
I have been swimming for 11 years, with my passion beginning here at Homestead and continuing on through four years at the varsity level at Cherry Creek High School. This past year I was lucky enough to further my career and swim at the division one level as an NCAA athlete at Xavier as well as participate in our Big East championship.
I hope that everyone is as excited as I am to start the season off right, and I look forward to meeting all of you as we all learn to love the sport of swimming. Let's make it a good season! SKO CANES!
