YOU MUST BE CURRENT ON YOU HOA DUES TO REGISTER. The HOA business office will review registrations and those not current will be removed from the team until settled.

Please note that you will only be able to pay by credit card (processing fees will be added). Registration fee is $215 per participating child; max $645 per family.

PLEASE NOTE: you will be required to do one additional volunteer shift per swimmer if your child swims at prelims and finals. You will sign-up for that additional shift later in the season.

There are two easy steps to register for our swim team:

STEP ONE - Team Registration

Register your swimmers for the team and create website account. If you were on the team last year you should be able to login and your account should still be active. This includes selecting your volunteer shifts.

Completing a Team Registration form is required to create a team website account. Your private family account is your one-stop-shop for maintaining your contact information, declaring (signing-up) for swim meets during the season, signing up for volunteer jobs, interactively tracking your kids' swim times, and much, much more.

Once they have registered for the team they will be sent login and password info for their family account.

If you need help, please refer to the Swimtopia How-To Guide.

STEP TWO - Read the Parent Handbook

The handbook will answer most if not all the questions you might even think of. Please read front to back, this contains specific information about the current swim season.

Failure to complete any one of the registration phases will
preclude your child from participating on the swim team.

IF YOU HAVE A NEW SWIMMER: The swimmer will still need to pass the try-outs in order to be on the team. We recommend you register them ahead of time in order to pick volunteer shifts that work for your family. If they do not pass try-outs, your registration fee will be refunded.

The swimmer must be able to swim across the length of the pool UNASSISTED and WITHOUT STOPPING or RESTING. There can be no touching the bottom of the pool.
